The Open Source ToolkitThe Open Source Toolkit (OSTK) is a collection of open source Communicator-compliant servers and wrappers which will help you build your own spoken dialogue system. As this collection evolves, we intend to provide support for a number of common and useful third-party open source software tools, as well as a reference dialogue system exemplifying useful techniques in a running application. The current release of the Open Source Toolkit requires Galaxy Communicator 4.0 or later. At least one of the C servers and one of the examples runs under Windows.
